Note:
1. All the above rates are for single/double occupancy. Villa rates are for 4 persons.
2. All rates are for 3-nights and 2-nights stays, inclusive of all meals and all currently applicable taxes. Extension nights are on a per-night basis. Any increases in taxes will be levied extra.
3. The rates are applicable for Indian Nationals only, and for a minimum stay of 2 nights.
4. Extra adult rates are inclusive of extra bed, with all the package inclusions.
5. Up to two children under 12 years complimentary on plan in parents' room, without any extra bed or mattress (age proof against valid ID required).
6. Extra mattress: Rs. 600 per night | Extra roll-away bed: Rs. 1000 per night (inclusive of taxes).
7. A maximum of three adults OR two adults and up to 2 children under 12 years can be accommodated in one room; one extra bed is permissible in a room, and no extra bed is possible in certain rooms.
8. The resort reserves the right to revise any of the package rates without any notice.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:
- All package bookings are held on a definite confirmed basis against full 100% advance payments only.
- No cancellation charges applicable if cancelled up to 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- 100% cancellation charges applicable if cancelled within 6 days of the arrival date, or if a no-show.
- Any changes in the dates or guest names within these cut-off periods would be treated as a cancellation.
