Over 25 years of experience in Real Estate space with Kuljian Corporation, Tatas, GE Capital and Duet. He has been in leadership position for many years and has evolved innovative implementation strategies for simultaneous seamless delivery of multiple projects. He has been instrumental for managing and delivering on several landmark greenfield developments successfully across various verticals including hospitality, commercial, industrial and infrastructure. He has significant exposure in delivering projects Internationally (US, UK, Poland, Romania, Philippines amongst others).  He strongly believes in International quality and local expertise.

He has completed his Bachelors in Engineering from IIT and MBA from IIM Kolkata.

Over 20 years of experience in project management of hotels, malls, multiplexes, MNC school, office fit-outs, retail, restaurants and industrial projects. He has completed projects for Intercontinental Hotels Group, Oberoi’s, Hyatt, American Embassy, INOX, Shopper’s stop. He has also lead development work of various Restaurants, Retail & Industrial projects at Alchemist.

He is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate with PMP certification from PMI USA.

Over three decades of hospitality experience, is a subject matter expert on procurement management where he has designed and delivered materials for nearly 5000 rooms nationally and internationally across multiple hotel brands. Major part of his experience has been with Taj Hotels wherein he completed material procurement for nearly 57 hotels (3000 rooms). He is an active member of Indian and International Procurement Trade Associations. His forte is in hotels, food business including Air catering and Real Estate business from planning, designing and developing products.

Over 20 years of professional experience in hotel project administration. He has successfully handled pre and post construction statutory and regulatory requirements for multiple international branded hotels including Pullman, Crowne Plaza & Holiday Inn Express. He has been instrumental in coordinating with various state & central government agencies on a pan India basis. He has spent significant portion of his career with Holiday Resorts, Golf Club & Star Hotel operations. He has completed Masters in Technology and MBA from Kurukshetra University.
