Cost Management:
Providing services of estimating and monitoring the costing of the project as an independent consultant.
- Understand the scope of work and deliverables of the project.
- Prepare a Work break down structure of the Project and discuss with the client’s team to finalise
- Prepare an Estimate of the Project considering all the factors & items.
- Update the Estimate after finalization of designs & specifications and present the Budget to the Project team for finalization.
- Attend the design review and project review meetings and assess the cost in view of the finalized budget.
- Prepare and circulate the scheduled updates/ triggers on the cost increase.
